1. Services Provided
Coating Connect offers lead follow-up and appointment booking services for home service businesses, including but not limited to:
Prompt outreach to inbound leads via phone, text, and/or email
Appointment scheduling into your provided calendar
Automated and manual follow-up using our 3x3 method (3 touches/day for 3 days)
CRM support or integration with your preferred platform (where applicable)
We act as an extension of your sales process and do not engage in sales closing or contracting with your leads.
2. NO Guarantee of Sales or Results
We do NOT guarantee:
Any specific number of sales, revenue, or closed jobs
The quality or intent of leads submitted to our system
Results that are dependent on your sales team’s performance, business operations, pricing, territory, or local competition
Our goal is to increase booked appointments through rapid and consistent follow-up, but final sales outcomes are entirely dependent on your team’s performance and customer closing ability.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Coating Connect, you agree to:
Provide access to your scheduling system or calendar
Respond to our team regarding lead status updates when requested
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information
Follow up with leads that we mark as warm or unable to book
Keep payment methods up to date and pay fees on time
Failure to cooperate with these responsibilities may impact performance.
4. Payment Terms
Setup Fee: A one-time fee per location, due prior to launch
Monthly Retainer: Covers up to 20 booked appointments
Per-Appointment Fee: Additional appointments over the monthly cap will be billed per lead
Warm Lead Pass-Off Fee: For leads who are still interested but not yet ready to book
All fees are non-refundable once service has begun. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. If terminated, all unpaid balances will be due immediately. Coating Connect reserves the right to end services at any time if the client is in breach of these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All Coating Connect materials, scripts, processes, branding, and systems are proprietary and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coating Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or revenue arising out of or related to our services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the last 30 days.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington County.
